Boardroom Advisors is a team of part-time professionals working to help Scale-ups and SMEs succeed. We want our Regional Directors and Advisors to achieve the work/life balance they desire.

If you are an experienced business person who has run their own company and has experience as a Consultant or Board Advisor, we want to hear from you.

There is no entry or joining fee as this is not a franchise. Directors can run their own region as an Associate, building their team of Advisors, potential partners, and clients.

You should have energy and ideas, with strong business development and sales skills. This role is part-time, typically 2-3 days/week, alongside your own business. In return, you can help build a business and share in its future, with plans for ownership transfer via an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) or similar in 5-6 years.

This role is similar to a franchise but with no signing or franchise fees; it's fee sharing. You operate as an Associate, managing your own region. Responsibilities include business development, sales, marketing, networking, recruitment, team management, and customer service, with a focus on sales.

Job Details

We have over 150 senior Advisors across the UK who can serve as part-time Operations, Commercial, or Managing Directors, or Non-Executive Directors. Regional Directors can also be Advisors if desired.

We are seeking Regional Directors especially in London, East Midlands, and Scotland.
