Boardroom Advisors is a team of part-time professionals dedicated to helping Scale-ups and SMEs succeed. We seek Regional Directors and Advisors who aim to achieve a balanced life/work dynamic.

If you are an experienced business leader with entrepreneurial and consulting experience, we want to connect with you.

There is no entry or joining fee, as this is not a franchise. Directors can run their own region as an Associate, building a team of Advisors, partners, and clients.

You should be energetic, innovative, and skilled in business development and sales. This role is flexible, typically 2-3 days/week, alongside your own business. The goal is for the business to be owned by its senior members within 5-6 years, potentially via an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) or similar structure.

This opportunity resembles a franchise but involves no franchise fees—only fee sharing. You operate as an Associate, managing your region. Responsibilities include business development, sales, marketing, networking, recruitment, team management, and customer service, with a strong emphasis on sales ability.

Job Description

We have a network of over 150 senior Advisors across the UK, capable of serving as part-time Operations, Commercial, or Managing Directors, or Non-Executive Directors. Regional Directors may also serve as Advisors if desired.

We are seeking Regional Directors in various UK regions, especially London, East Midlands, and Scotland.
