Job summary

Atominvest Software is looking for a Part-Time Recruiter to manage recruitment from start to finish. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, and supporting hiring managers. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment, and will contribute to our exciting growth journey.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a SaaS or Tech scaleup company.
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills, especially for senior roles.
  • Experience hiring within Financial Services/ Private Equity/ Venture Capital is a plus.

What you will do

  • Manage recruitment for key roles from start to finish
  • Source candidates using various tools and channels
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews
  • Support hiring managers in drafting job specs and interview processes
  • Maintain and update our hiring platforms
  • Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience
  • Help build and maintain a talent pipeline for future needs

Some key skills we look for:

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a SaaS or Tech scaleup company
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
  • Experience hiring for senior roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a part-time schedule
  • Experience hiring across multiple functions (engineering, commercial, product)
  • Experience hiring within Financial Services/ Private Equity/ Venture Capital is a plus
