Contract: Part-time

We are looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist to join our team in our Newton Mearns store. If you enjoy meeting people, handling administrative tasks, and creating a calm, professional client experience, we’d love to hear from you.

This role involves welcoming clients into the clinic, so a warm, approachable manner and good local knowledge of Newton Mearns and surrounding areas would be a real advantage.

Responsibilities include:

  • Meeting and greeting patients
  • Handling telephone queries and appointment bookings
  • Diary management, payment processing and stock control
  • Supporting with general administration
