Job Description:

My client, a leading public sector organisation based in Belfast, is currently seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join their team.

Hours: 25 hours per week (various shifts: 8-6, 8-2, and 12-6 depending on site/day)

Must be flexible to work across various sites: Wellbeing and Treatment Centres - Arches, Beech Hall, Bradbury, Carlisle, Crumlin Road, Grove, Knockbreda, Shankill.

Pay: £ per hour, including unsocial rates of pay.

Main Duties:

  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office products, including Word.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills to meet the needs of the role.
  • 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C, including English Language and Maths, or equivalent, and 1 year's experience in a public-facing admin and clerical role.
  • OR
  • 2 years' experience in a public-facing admin and clerical role.

  • Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Ability to deal sensitively and appropriately with clients.
  • Excellent keyboard skills.
