9am - 4.30pm (Monday, Tuesday & Friday)

Key Responsibilities:



  • Meeting and greeting visitors, clients and employees with warmth and professionalism

  • Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately to various teams and senior stakeholders

  • Manage the scheduling of meeting rooms and lunches

  • Prepare meeting rooms for internal and external meetings

  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area, ensuring the smooth running of the office

  • Assist with administrative tasks when needed


What We're Looking For:



  • Reception experience is required - ideally within professional services or corporate office

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A positive demeanour with a flexible and proactive approach

  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
