Part-Time Receptionist (Zero Hours Contract) - BMW Stafford

Salary : £12.71 per hour

Role type: Part time, permanent

We’re looking for a friendly and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our team at BMW Stafford on a zero-hours contract basis.

This role will primarily provide cover on Sundays , as well as supporting the dealership during periods of annual leave and other absences. As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for everyone who visits or contacts the dealership.

What you’ll be doing:

• Greeting customers and visitors
• Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries
• Providing administrative support to the dealership team
• Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area

About you:

• Friendly, approachable and customer-focused
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable and flexible with availability to cover weekends and holiday periods
• Previous reception, customer service or administration experience would be advantageous

Hours:

Flexible, zero-hours contract providing cover for Sundays and annual leave periods as required.
