Job Title – Receptionist

They are recruiting a receptionist who is flexible, has a welcoming personality, and is great at dealing with the general public.

Responsibilities of Afternoon Reception:
  1. Greeting guests to the building
  2. Checking in attendees to assessments
  3. Dealing with telephone enquiries
  4. Processing invoices
  5. Weekly fire checks of doors/alarms
  6. Stock taking of stationery
  7. Prepare weekly schedules of those visiting
  8. Hospitality for board meetings
  9. Small amount of letting admin paperwork
  10. Liaising with security, maintenance, and cleaning staff when necessary
  11. Work in coordination with the morning receptionist
  12. Prepare and send mail
Key Skills/Experience Needed:
  1. Will need to be flexible with a broad knowledge of lettings
