We are looking for a friendly, reliable receptionist to join our busy GP surgery. You will be the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent service in person and over the phone. Duties include booking appointments, handling queries, updating records, and supporting the clinical team with admin tasks. You must be organised, IT-literate, and able to work under pressure with a calm, professional manner. Experience in a healthcare setting is desirable. Familiarity with EMIS and Docman systems is an advantage. Flexibility to cover holidays and sickness is required. Join our supportive team and help us deliver high-quality patient care.
