Role Overview:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Part-Time Receptionist to join our Borehamwood office. The role involves managing all reception and clerical duties at our main entrance, serving as the company’s first impression for visitors.

Responsibilities:
  1. Greeting visitors and assisting with navigation within the office.
  2. Providing excellent customer service face-to-face and over the phone.
  3. Serving refreshments to visitors as needed.
  4. Managing appointment calendars.
  5. Handling incoming mail.
  6. Supporting front-of-house operations across all offices.
  7. Maintaining a professional and welcoming environment at the front desk.
Candidate Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
  2. Experience with office equipment.
  3. Professional appearance and attitude.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Resourcefulness and proactivity in resolving issues.
  6. Strong organizational skills.
  7. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  8. Outstanding customer service skills.
