Holdich Recruitment is assisting a family-owned food manufacturer in Fakenham, seeking a part-time QA Officer to partner with the Owner to uphold top food quality and safety standards. The role covers HACCP management, training, and regulatory compliance within a hybrid, part-time arrangement.

The successful candidate will bring HACCP experience, knowledge of food hygiene, and auditing capability to enhance product safety across the manufacturing, distribution and retail operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a background in food manufacturing with HACCP experience.
• Experience with audits and regulatory compliance is required.
• Ability to support training and quality initiatives on site.

Responsabilités

• Manage on-site food safety training.
• Oversee HACCP systems and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to HACCP Team to meet safety, quality, legality and customer standards.
• Involve in technical and specification compliance.
• Host external audits.
