Job summary

Pharmaron Hoddesdon is seeking a Part-time QA Advisor to support the day-to-day operation of the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) and help ensure GMP compliance across API and Drug Product manufacturing activities. The role involves managing quality systems, audits, deviations, CAPAs and change controls, with a focus on continuous improvement and quality culture.

Qualifications

• BSc in Chemistry or related field required.
• 1–2 years of QA experience in an API or Drug Product GMP environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation of the eQMS and help ensure GMP compliance across API and Drug Product manufacturing activities.
• Assist in audits and provide back-room support during client and regulatory inspections.
• Investigate deviations and CAPAs, supporting change controls and OOS investigations.
• Administer Training Management System and release GMP manufacturing materials as needed.
• Uphold GMP principles and promote a culture of quality across the site.
