Overview

This role is advertised by Brightwork, recruiting for our client in the Edinburgh area, and requires temporary part-time catering staff for client sites.

Brightwork have clients looking for Part Time Catering Assistants with work available immediately. These roles require PVG membership (Brightwork can apply for PVG for interested candidates).

Responsibilities

• Food preparation / simple cooking / temperature checks
• Service at hot plate and salad bar, tills, and related front-of-house duties
• Kitchen cleaning and general duties in a busy canteen environment
• Other duties as required in a busy canteen setting

Shifts

• Monday to Thursday 10:00–14:00
• Monday to Thursday 10:00–13:00

Qualifications

• Previous catering experience
• Food hygiene training (ideally a food hygiene certificate)
• PVG membership or eligibility (Brightwork can assist with application)
