Are you an organised and detail-focused administrator looking for a flexible part-time role? We\'re looking for a Purchasing Clerk to join our team at Clients team in Corby. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong admin skills who enjoys working with suppliers and supporting a busy finance function.

What’s on Offer
  • £14 per hour
  • Part-time, 14 hours per week (2 full days or spread across 3 shorter days - your choice, set days each week)
  • Permanent contract
  • Holiday allowance pro rata (28 days including bank holidays for full-time equivalent)
  • Training provided on Sage software
What You'll Be Doing
  • Processing supplier delivery notes, invoices, and updating records in Sage
  • Checking supplier statements against accounts and requesting missing paperwork when needed
  • Liaising with suppliers to chase PODs/copy documents
  • General filing and admin to support the Finance Controller
What We\'re Looking For
  • Previous admin experience (essential)
  • Good computer literacy and confident using MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Knowledge of purchase ledger processes is helpful but not essential
  • Eager to learn - Sage training will be given
