The role offers 18 hours per week across a 3-day week on a 4-month fixed term contract with potential to extend.

The role involves processing invoices, creating supplier accounts, handling queries, and supporting month-end activities, with opportunity for permanent PT employment

Qualifications

• Experienced in processing purchase ledgers and supplier accounts.
• Able to communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Seeking part-time work and available for a 4-month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

• Processing invoices for purchased goods and services.
• Creating new supplier accounts and reconciling supplier statements.
• Preparing and processing payments; assisting with month-end reports.
• Assisting with audits and year-end processes.
