Job summary

Everlast Gyms, backed by Frasers Group, is recruiting Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers to grow their PT business within a fast-growing brand. You’ll earn 100% of PT income with paid gym floor hours and access to an established member base.

We offer flexible 8–16 hour weeks, MOVE onboarding, CIMSPA partnership, ongoing marketing support and career progression as you build your client base and deliver high-quality coaching and group sessions.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.
• CIMSPA Practitioner Membership required.
• Public liability insurance is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct member consultations and MOVE onboarding sessions.
• Support new member acquisition and retention.
• Deliver high‑quality fitness coaching and customer service.
• Lead group training sessions and fitness challenges.
• Build strong relationships with members to support long-term engagement.
• Promote additional services and products that enhance member results.
• Maintain high standards of gym cleanliness, presentation and safety.
• Support club events, campaigns and community initiatives.
