Job summary

Quadram Institute in Norwich is seeking a part-time administrator to support the FSRN/AMAST programmes. The post holder will coordinate funding calls, manage events with multiple stakeholders, and produce reports for funders.

You will hold a relevant science degree, show strong organisational and communication skills, and be able to work across networks in a small team. Start ASAP; 18-month contract; 0.5–0.8 FTE; interview dates 29–30 Oct.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant biological, food or agricultural science discipline (or equivalent).
• Strong organisational skills with experience coordinating projects or events with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communicator across diverse networks of academic, industry and government partners.
• Ability to work flexibly across more than one programme as part of a small, fast-moving team.

Responsibilities

• Administer competitive funding calls for FSRN/AMAST.
• Coordinate workshops and events across both networks.
• Draft workshop and meeting reports for funders.
• Represent the Quadram Institute at partner events.
• Monitor and report progress to funders.
