Part-Time Project Administrator (3 Days/Week)

Office-based | Bristol | 3 days per week

Looking to join a growing, forward-thinking team in the energy and infrastructure sector? We’re seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our senior engineers across grid connections, substations, and private networks projects.

This is a part-time role (3 days per week) based in Bristol and ideal for someone with experience working for an Energy Business (High Voltage Solutions), Independent Connection Provider (ICP) or Distribution Network Operators (DNO)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Collating, reviewing, and compiling O&M manuals to meet project and DNO requirements
  • Gathering technical documentation, certificates, and warranties from suppliers and subcontractors
  • Supporting engineers with documentation tracking, version control, and project progress updates
  • Preparing client handover documentation and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards
  • Providing general project admin support where needed

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Project Administrator role (ideally within ICP, energy or construction)
  • Proven experience compiling Operation & Maintenance manuals and handling project documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and document management best practices
  • Great communication skills – comfortable liaising with suppliers, engineers, and clients
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of electrical infrastructure and operations (nice to have)
