Job summary

The Best Connection are looking for a organised and proactive Production Planner to join our clients manufacturing team on a part-time basis. Responsibilities include generating works orders for Machine Shop and Assembly, planning and monitoring production to meet delivery deadlines, and maintaining daily production schedules and spreadsheets.

Ideal candidates will have previous production planning experience, good organisational and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Previous production planning experience.
• MRP/ERP experience desirable.
• Manufacturing experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Generate works orders for Machine Shop and Assembly.
• Plan and monitor production to ensure orders are delivered on time.
• Create daily Machine Shop production schedules.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date production spreadsheets.
• Support the Operations Manager with delegated tasks.
