This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to step into a senior role within a leading Legal 500 team.

You’ll be joining a well-established Lancashire-based team led by an expert in private client law, working closely with a senior paralegal for support. This role offers exposure to high-net-worth individuals, landed estates, and multi-generational families, providing expert legal services in estate planning, wills, trusts, and tax matters.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a solicitor with:

• Essential: 5+ PQE in private client law, with experience handling complex wills, trusts, estate administration, and tax planning.
• Essential: A strong background in working with HNW individuals, business owners, and multi-generational families.
• Essential: The ability to work independently while supervising junior team members when required.
• Desirable: STEP qualification (or currently working towards it).
• Essential: A proactive approach to business development and relationship-building within the Lancashire market.
