Talentwise Solutions Legal Recruitment Ltd seeks an experienced Wills and Probate Fee Earner for a part-time role in Nuneaton. The position offers around 21 hours per week, with flexibility to split across three full days or four to five part days.

The role is office-based with on-site parking and potential for development within a well-established private client team. Responsibilities include managing private client matters (wills, lasting powers of attorney) and administrations of estates,

Location: Nuneaton, with parking on site

Hours: Around 21 hours per week - 3 full days or 4-5 part days (flexible)

Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 per annum pro-rata, in line with experience and qualifications

The role will involve

• Managing a caseload of Private Client matters including Wills and Lasting Power of Attorneys
• Managing a caseload commensurate with experience
• Dealing with Administration of Estates
• Attending to clients by telephone, email and face to face
• Maintaining files and ensuring efficient case management of Private Client matters, keeping clients updated
• Drafting legal documentation including correspondence, briefs, court documentation, full attendance notes and statements of evidence
• Supporting on probate matters under supervisionThis is permanent job, working around 21 hours per week. There is flexibility around how the hours are split; three full days or four to five part days. The role will be office-based.
