Job summary

Vision For Education is seeking a Part-time Primary Teaching Assistant in Gainsborough to support across all key stages alongside the class teacher, with EYFS experience preferable.

The role offers excellent daily rates paid via PAYE, a guaranteed pay scheme, pension contributions, compliance with the Agency Workers' Regulations, and free professional training. All staff registered will undergo thorough interviewing, references and an Enhanced DBS check.

Qualifications

• Have recent experience supporting children aged 5-11 or EYFS experience.
• Understand how children learn and develop.
• Have experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
• Passion for education.

Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher and pupils with their work.
• Assist with pupil behaviour and establish positive relationships.
• Attend to individual needs and act as a role model for pupils.
