Job description

Package Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed professional to join us as a Primary Teacher for our client school in central Northampton. The ideal candidate will be required to work 3 days a week (flexible on days). The school is happy to wait for the right candidate to start in May or September 2025.

The successful candidate will:
  1. Plan and teach lessons, working with small groups and individual students across core subjects such as English, Maths, and Science.
  2. Prepare teaching materials, take registers, and write reports.
  3. Help students develop confidence and independence, encouraging a love of learning.
  4. Manage behaviour, mark work, and communicate with parents and carers about students' progress.
Our ideal candidate will have:
  1. A committed and passionate approach to supporting students with SEND.
  2. At least one year's experience working in a primary school environment.
  3. QTS/QTLS is essential. Please do not apply if you do not hold this qualification.
