An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Teacher to work with children facing significant challenges in a supportive environment. This part-time role offers the chance to make a real difference in students' lives, with a maximum of six pupils in the classroom, allowing for strong connections and personalized learning experiences. The position is available every Thursday during term time, with the potential for additional days. A primary provision in Weston-super-Mare working with Teaching Personnel are looking for a Teacher who’s highly committed to helping children, many of whom have faced significant challenges due to difficult home lives and are struggling in a mainstream setting. The school's goal is to show the children they’re capable of achieving more than they might believe is possible.
This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to build connections with students and want to personally impact their learning as the classroom is no bigger than 6. You will be supported by 2/3 TA’s in the classroom, creating a relaxed environment for you to be able to deliver your planned lessons with their support. The role is every Thursday, but opportunities for other days are available.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
