Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking a qualified PPA Teacher for Weston-super-Mare, working part time across primary schools. You will deliver pre-planned lessons to cover PPA time and support pupils’ learning in a positive environment.

This role offers flexible days, strong safeguarding commitment, and ongoing CPD via Teaching Personnel. DBS check required. All applicants must have QTS and experience in a primary setting.

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons to cover PPA time across primary age groups.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Follow the school's routines and procedures for the day.
• Support pupils with their learning and engagement.
• Work an agreed pattern of days each week.
