A leading educational service provider is seeking a part-time PPA Cover Teacher in Birmingham, starting in September. This role offers flexibility with no planning expected, allowing you to focus on delivering engaging lessons. Ideal candidates will hold UK QTS or be completing their PGCE, and will enjoy teaching across various primary year groups in a supportive environment. Competitive pay provided weekly through PAYE.
Job Title: PPA Cover Teacher (Part-Time)
Location: Birmingham
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: 3 days per week (any combo except Mondays)
Salary: £140–£200 per day (PAYE, weekly pay)
Duration: Long-term with potential to extend or go permanent
We’re working with a lovely primary school in Birmingham that’s on the lookout for a part-time PPA teacher starting this September. The school is warm, welcoming, and well organised—with a brilliant leadership team who value their staff and genuinely support work-life balance.
The role is open to both ECTs and experienced teachers. It’s a great way to get stuck in, without full-class responsibility.
3 days per week – flexible on days, just not Monday
PPA cover across EYFS to Year 4 (with occasional KS2 up to Year 6 if needed)
No planning expectations—just deliver great lessons and keep things running smoothly
