Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust is seeking a Part-time Positive Behaviour Analyst for the PALMS service. The role focuses on supporting children and young people with intellectual disability and/or autism and their families across Hertfordshire, using narrative, systemic and bio-psycho-social approaches.

Qualifications

• Experience with assessments and interventions for CYP with intellectual disability and/or autism.
• Ability to work with families and networks in a multidisciplinary setting.
• Working towards or holding registration in the relevant speciality.

Responsabilités

• Provide positive behaviour support and planning for CYP with challenging behaviours.
• Deliver intervention workshops, groups, and individual therapy as part of PALMS.
• Collaborate with families, schools and other services to enable consistent care.
