We operate over 190 cash and carry branches, 8 distribution centres, 5 Best Food Logistics sites, as well as 6 support centre locations across the UK. This part-time role encompasses stocking shelves, serving on tills, order picking, and handling deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers' needs are exceeded in all store areas and every task matters.
• Accurately pick and dispatch goods using handheld terminal and report discrepancies to the Manager.
• Check quality, shelf life and ensure packaging is robust in preparation for delivery.
• Provide a high standard of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and to target.
• Be polite with delivery staff and handle queries with escalation as needed.
