This is a part-time physical health nurse role with Elysium Healthcare at their Bromley Road service in Catford, London. The successful candidate will support service users with enduring mental health issues, complex needs, and complicated addiction problems, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver positive support and risk reduction strategies. As a Physical Health Nurse, you will support the Bromley Road service for people to build a brighter future, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting good teamwork. Working alongside the multidisciplinary team, you will support and encourage service users to improve their physical health and will be responsible for risk assessments, liaising with the GP service, supervising junior staff, and implementing screening processes. No two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine.
