Job summary

The Brent Psychotropic Medication & Physical Health Clinic in London is seeking a dedicated, part-time phlebotomist to join our clinical team. You will collect blood samples, label and handle specimens accurately, and maintain patient records in line with policy.

You will work closely with clinicians and admin staff to support a smooth clinic workflow and patient dignity. There is opportunity for Clozapine-related training and ongoing professional development in a supportive NHS environment,

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience or training preferred

Responsibilities

• Undertake venepuncture for patients in a professional and compassionate manner
• Ensure accurate labelling, handling, and processing of specimens
• Maintain accurate patient records according to policy and procedures
• Follow infection prevention and control procedures
• Support colleagues in the smooth running of the clinic
