Job summary

Nuffield Health Leicester Hospital is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our Pharmacy team on a permanent part-time basis. You will be registered with the GPhC and have post-qualification experience, with strong communication and people skills as you support patients and clinical staff.

The role focuses on stock management, procurement via electronic systems, and collaborative administration within the Pharmacy department, with shifts Thursday and Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Qualifications

• Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Proven post-qualification experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and people skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels within the Pharmacy department and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Assist with the procurement of pharmaceutical stock using electronic systems.
• Monitor stock levels in designated ward/department areas and carry out stock top ups.
• Assist with supplying stock to other departments and participate in stock takes and audits.
• Provide general administrative support to the Pharmacy department.
