Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a part-time Personal Trainer in Crawley for 20 hours per week. You will provide a variety of personal training sessions, inductions, and fitness programmes while engaging members to reach their health goals.

Qualified Level 3 PT with CIMSPA Practitioner is required, and you’ll benefit from a comprehensive benefits package including paid holiday and progression opportunities. Training and development are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and hold a CIMSPA membership at Personal Trainer Practitioner level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of PT sessions and consultations to members.
• Carry out inductions, Personal Best programmes, group and personal training sessions, and gym duties.
• Motivate members to achieve fitness goals and maintain a healthier lifestyle.
• Support growth of PT hours and client base through effective coaching.
