Job summary

Fitness First Ltd is seeking a Personal Trainer & Fitness Experience Team member to join one of the UK’s premium fitness brands. The role offers part-time employed hours (10 hours per week) while you run your own Personal Training business within our clubs.

You will deliver high-quality member experiences, teach FF studio and gym floor signature products, ensure a clean, safe gym area, and benefit from weekly business support, branding, and access to our digital marketplace.

Qualifications

• REPs Level 3 Personal Training qualification is essential.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to manage own PT business alongside employed work.
• Ability to teach classes to a high standard in studio and on gym floor.
• Be approachable, friendly and engaging with members.

Responsibilities

• Improve the health of members and deliver personal training & Fitness Experience team services.
• Provide an excellent member and personal training experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe and functional gym and studio area.
• Teach FF studio and gym floor signature products.
