Fitness First in the UK is seeking Personal Trainers to join a premium club network. We offer two routes: a self-employed PT model and a hybrid employed option, designed to fit your schedule and ambitions.

As a PT, you’ll work with a supportive team in clubs with top-notch kit and a loyal member base. You’ll benefit from a branded profile, lead generation, and ongoing coaching, helping you grow your client base within a respected brand.

Qualifications

• REPs Level 3 Personal Training qualification (essential)
• Proven ability to build and retain a client base
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to grow your own business
• Strong communication skills and engaging, client-first personality
• Commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for every client

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain a client base within the club network
• Manage your own PT business within the Fitness First framework
