UKCIL Ltd. in the Hexham area is seeking a dependable Personal Assistant / Support Worker to provide practical daily support to a young man in his late twenties. You will help with routines, organisation, and community activities, promoting independence and wellbeing.

A driving licence is preferred and DBS checks are required. The role is 6 hours per week, usually split into three visits, with flexible weekday afternoons.

Qualifications

• Reliable, patient and encouraging.
• Good listener with strong communication skills.
• Practical, organised and able to provide clear guidance.
• Understanding of ADHD/autism/mental health is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Provide social and leisure support to promote independence.
