Job summary

A kind, reliable Personal Assistant is needed in Balmullo, Fife to support a gentleman living with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy. You will assist with PEG feeding, medication administration, and caring for essential equipment, while offering companionship and engaging conversation.

The role is part-time (3 days per week, 3 hours per day) with flexibility for additional hours on a respite basis. An enhanced PVG check is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Role requires kindness, patience and reliability.
• Experience in caregiving or personal assistant duties is helpful.
• A PVG check (enhanced disclosure) is required.

Responsibilities

• Support with PEG feeding and administration of medication.
• Wash, clean and keep care equipment tidy and organised.
• Provide companionship, conversation and friendly reassurance.
