Job summary

CS Cleaning (Milton Keynes) Ltd in Bedford is seeking a motivated Cleaning Supervisor to lead the cleaning team and uphold the highest standards of hygiene across the site. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 16:00 to 19:00, at £14.50 per hour.

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning Team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained across the Site.

This is a challenging and rewarding commercial cleaning role located in Bedford, it would suit competent candidates with an eye for detail, good communication skills, hardworking and is a great team player and supervisor skills.

What You'll Do

• Maintain high cleaning standards as set by the Client Support Manager (CSM).
• Supervise and support the daily activities of the cleaning Team.
• Conduct regular cleaning inspections and quality audits.
• Train, Coach and motivate staff to achieve high performance.
• Ensure H&S procedures are followed.
• Liase professionally with Client and respond promptly to any concerns.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and report stock requirements.
• Keep the site looking pristine, creating a welcoming environment for all.
• Communicate effectively with your CSM to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Ensure you arrive to work on time and login and out correctly used.
• Complete all required training, both online and on-site.
• Time gate is used to log in and log off from this site.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 16:00 to 19:00.

Pay:

£14.50 per hour.
