Job summary

Phoenix Health PCN seeks an experienced PCN Manager to provide strategic leadership, governance and organisational support to our Primary Care Network. Working closely with the Clinical Director, PCN Board and member practices, you will shape the Network's future direction and ensure delivery of its priorities.

You will offer governance expertise, oversee the annual business plan, and support operational leadership.

• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Clinical Director and PCN Board in delivering the Network's strategic objectives.
• Provide professional advice on operational, governance and organisational matters.
• Support the development and review of the PCN's annual business plan and work programme.
• Ensure that agreed priorities are translated into clear operational actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, collaboration and service delivery across the Network.

Education
