Job summary

Omnia Resourcing Ltd in Bradley Stoke, Bristol is seeking a part-time Payroll Administrator to process weekly payroll for a large temporary workforce, ensuring accurate payments and on-time processing. The role offers flexible hours, full training and a friendly team.

You will handle timesheets, client costings and payroll records while coordinating with consultants, candidates and clients. A recruitment background is desirable with strong attention to detail and IT skills.

Qualifications

• Payroll administration experience (recruitment experience desirable).
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confident using spreadsheets and IT systems.
• Able to work to deadlines in a fast–paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Processing weekly payroll accurately and to deadlines
• Managing timesheets and resolving payroll queries
• Sending timesheets and costings for client approval
• Adding new starters to the payroll system
• Updating spreadsheets and maintaining records
