Job summary

Beyond Talent Solutions Limited is seeking a Payroller to join their growing accountancy practice on a part-time basis. Open to experienced payrollers or someone from an accountancy background wanting to learn the role.

You will own end-to-end payroll processing for around 400 weekly and monthly payrolls, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery while complying with legislation. The role offers four days a week, 9:00am to 5:00pm, within a friendly, supportive team and a long-term opportunity.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll processing in a client-facing environment.
• Ability to handle multiple payrolls and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Comfortable communicating directly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and monthly payrolls for a varied client portfolio.
• Manage payrolls from start to finish.
• Process statutory payments including SMP, SSP and SPP.
• Manage pension submissions and auto-enrolment requirements.
• Complete pension declarations and ensure compliance.
• Process new starters and leavers.
• Calculate holiday pay and statutory entitlements.
• Liaise with clients regarding payroll queries.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information.
• Ensure payroll deadlines are met consistently.
