Eurofins is seeking a part-time Payroll Officer in the UK to manage multi-PAYE payroll, ensure HMRC compliance and support HR on payroll queries. The role will process payroll for several PAYE accounts, maintain records and navigate statutory payments and pension schemes.

The position is 22.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 with some flexibility during busy payroll dates. It is based in the UK with Eurofins’ benefits package provided.

Formación

• Experience in payroll processing, ideally with multi-PAYE accounts.
• Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong team player who can also work independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Process payroll for multiple PAYE accounts accurately and on schedule.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and HMRC guidelines.
• Processing and checking statutory and occupational absence calculations
• Maintain detailed payroll records and prepare periodic reports.
• Administration and reconciliation of monthly statutory payments, employee benefits and pensions schemes.
• Address and resolve employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner.
