Part Time Payroll Co-ordinator – Top US Law Firm – Immediate Start!

Our client, a highly successful international law firm is urgently seeking a confident and capable part time Payroll Co-ordinator to support the Payroll Officer within the Finance department..

Duties will be varied and include:-

  • Processing international monthly payroll
  • Co-ordinating new joiners & leavers
  • Reconciling monthly pension contributions
  • Processing tax/pension payments

Candidates should have at least 3 years payroll experience within a City law firm and happy to work 3 days per week within this busy team.

Our client is seeking candidates with strong communication and organisational skills as there will be constant liaison with fee earners and support staff.

Also required are excellent systems knowledge of ADP and iHCM as well as good skills in spreadsheets, working with databases and payroll software applications
