Job Description:

Are you an experienced Payroll Administrator looking for a part-time opportunity? Our client, a dynamic organisation, is seeking a Part-Time Payroll Administrator to join their team. With flexible working hours on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9-5pm, this is the perfect role for someone looking to maintain work-life balance.

As a Part-Time Payroll Administrator, you will play a crucial role in processing payroll for approximately 80 staff members across three companies. Using your expertise in Sage Payroll and Bankline payments, you will ensure accurate and timely payments are made. In addition to payroll processing, you will also handle attachments of earnings order deductions, process new starters and leavers, record staff holiday and sickness, and update the staff payroll spreadsheet with key information.

To excel in this role, you will need to be trustworthy and capable of handling sensitive and restricted information with the utmost confidentiality. Strong communication and administration skills are essential, as you will be liaising with staff members and resolving pay queries. Attention to detail is key, as you will be responsible for keeping all personnel files updated and in compliance with GDPR regulations. Previous experience working with Sage Payroll and P11d knowledge will be highly beneficial.

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of tasks, including processing P45s, uploading NEST pension details, monitoring probation dates, and posting and paying staff expenses. You will play a key role in ensuring PAYE and HMRC payments are processed accurately and punctually. Furthermore, you will be responsible for keeping P11d information up to date and sending it off to HMRC as applicable. At times, you may also provide coverage for the Office Manager.

Our client values excellent customer service and a friendly, polite approach. As a valued member of their team, your dedication and attention to detail will contribute to the smooth running of their payroll department. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for payroll and administration, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

So, if you are looking for a part-time position where you can showcase your payroll expertise, apply now! Join their team and become an integral part of a dynamic organisation.
