Beacon Heath Church in Exeter seeks a part-time Pastor to provide spiritual leadership, pastoral care, biblical teaching and strategic guidance for the fellowship’s renewal and sustainable ministry for the years ahead.

You will work with a diverse team to regain stability, renew confidence and foster shared ministry, mission focus, and compassionate care for the congregation and community, while upholding Scripture as the authority in all decisions.

• Demonstrated disciple-making and mentoring ability.
• Collaborative leadership and teamwork within a church setting.
• Wisdom navigating change, conflict and organisational challenges.

The church is looking for a Pastor to provide spiritual leadership, pastoral care, biblical teaching and strategic guidance which will help the fellowship regain stability, renew confidence, and develop sustainable patterns of shared ministry for the years ahead.

• A mature and growing Christian faith.
