Job Opportunity: Packer

Newstaff Employment Services, in partnership with the UK’s largest supplier to the independent kitchen specialist sector, is recruiting for a Packer based in Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes. The company, established since [year], has depots in Bolton and Bristol, and offers a range of kitchen furniture, appliances, sinks, taps, and ancillary products.

Location: Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes (must be able to commute)

Role Overview: Responsible for packing parcels for dispatch within specified timeframes.

Key Duties:

1. Packing parcels for shipment
2. Handling items on pallets
3. Reading picking/packing notes accurately
4. Entering details into a PC
5. Printing labels using a PC
6. Using appropriate packaging materials
7. Re-stacking pallets for dispatch
8. Assisting with heavy lifting (support available if needed)

Requirements:

• Seeking part-time hours
• Ability to commute to Newport Pagnell
• Proficiency with a PC
• Experience in packing
• Good organizational skills
