Job summary

Sistema Scotland is seeking a part-time Operations and Health & Safety coordinator to embed H&S and operational processes across the organisation.

Working 28 hours per week, you will support the Head of Operations and IT, provide guidance to local H&S officers and representatives, review policies and risk assessments, coordinate Control of Noise Regulations, ensure compliance, and lead cross-centre projects and events in Stirling and our partner communities.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge of Health & Safety and Data Protection legislation and best practice.
• Experience and track record in general management/leadership and proven project or event management experience.
• Permanent, part-time post working 28 hours a week; pattern to be agreed.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Operations and IT with embedding Health & Safety and operational processes.
• Provide guidance to local Health & Safety officers and representatives; policy and risk assessment review; Control of Noise Regulations coordination and implementation.
• Lead on cross-centre working, projects and events.
