Spider is seeking an Operations Manager to join our award-winning PR agency in a hybrid, part-time capacity. The role will support the smooth running of operations, governance and compliance, and help drive growth with the Senior Management Team.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage supplier relationships, and lead ESG initiatives while promoting a positive team culture. The role requires proactivity, strong communication and a structured approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations or senior administration within SMEs.
• Knowledge of governance and compliance.
• Full clean driving licence and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, budgets, facilities and supplier relationships.
• Maintain policies and procedures ensuring compliance with legal and client requirements.
• Support tenders, new business opportunities, bids and grant funding.
• Support HR, onboarding, wellbeing and DEI initiatives.
• Lead ESG initiatives and carbon reporting.
