Part Time Operations Executive, Qualitative Market Research

This boutique market research firm equips their clients with the consumer insight they need to make waves in their markets, whether they're in the corporate or charity world. Continued growth means they are now seeking a part time, remote Operations Support Executive who already has some exposure to qualitative market research, to join the team.

Requirements:

Project Management related tasks

Assist the Operations Manager with day to day project logistics including:

  • Coordination - Liaising with clients and suppliers
  • Create and manage schedules; including diary updates/send to freelancers and client
  • Venue booking and logistics and travel arrangements (UK and International)
  • Product purchase
  • Basic video editing and presentation formatting
  • Reconciling project related invoices and expenses
  • Handling incoming calls and inquiries
  • Team diary and directors’ diaries upkeep/management
  • Stationery and IT orders
  • Business renewals (insurance, memberships)

Desired attributes

  • Experience/knowledge of the market research industry, in particular Qualitative research
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Days

  • Ideally part time at 28 hours, with potential of more hours if desired.
