Tamfol in Central London is seeking a part-time Operations Assistant to support daily stock control, purchasing, and livestream event coordination. The role is on-site, 20–30 hours weekly, with flexible shifts and some evening livestream support.

You will handle supplier orders, receive deliveries, track stock, arrange UK deliveries with China, and help run livestream sessions. The team is small and hands-on, ideal for someone organised, reliable and able to switch tasks during the day.

Competenze

• Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).
• On-site in Central London.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, warehouse, logistics or livestream sales.
• Mandarin language skills required.
• Confident with suppliers and couriers.
• Able to lift/move boxes and parcels.

Mansioni

• Place and follow up on product orders with suppliers.
• Receive deliveries, check items, and keep stock records.
• Coordinate UK deliveries and shipments with China.
• Prepare products and paperwork for livestream sessions.
• Keep purchasing, stock, shipping and livestream schedules joined up.
