McCarthy & Stone Ltd is hiring a part-time Care & Support Assistant at Dutton Court, Cheadle Hulme. You will support residents on-site with daily tasks, social activities, and wellbeing routines to help them stay independent and engaged. Training is provided with funded Level 2/3 in Adult Care.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in UK health and social care (preferred).
• Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care is a plus, but not essential.
• Caring, dependable and passionate about supporting older adults.

Responsibilities

• Supporting residents with daily domestic tasks such as appointments, light cleaning, laundry and shopping.
• Assisting with social activities and wellbeing routines.
• Promoting independence, dignity, and community engagement.
• Supporting with individual care packages.
